landscape architect

Kelsey Moline is a CLARB Certified Landscape Architect and an active member of the Florida American Society of Landscape Architects (FLASLA). She has been involved in the design of large residential subdivisions, retail centers, streetscapes, park and campus master plans, as well as large and small scale urban design projects for corporate, civic and campus institutions. She has a strong understanding of overarching design principles, public process, organization, layout, graphics, and project assembly. Her work strives to balance both cultural and environmental site improvements, creating contextual places that inspire the people who use them. She believes that creating a unique sense of place is a huge design component of landscape architecture, and strives for a balance between form and function, cost and constructability. When possible, she enjoys ‘telling the story’ of a space through its design.

Kelsey has over 14 years of landscape architectural experience which includes six years designing research-based outdoor play and learning environments for children. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, as well as a minor in Community and Regional Planning, and has been a licensed landscape architect since 2019.
