Mr. Harding graduated from the University of Delaware in 2017 where he received a B.S. in Civil Engineering. After graduation, his career started in the land development sector in Southwest Florida. For the first 5-6 years he worked primarily on single family, multi-family, and large-scale master planned developments, being heavily involved in drainage design & permitting. The following years Mr. Harding transitioned to a Project Engineer role where he gained experience leading & designing projects in the commercial development sector. As a Project Engineer with WRA, he works primarily with the drainage team analyzing and developing stormwater models for a variety of projects and designs.
