Farrell Elected President of FL Reuse
Mark Farrell, Principal of WRA, has been elected President of the Florida Reuse Association as of April 30th, 2013. Farrell was formerly Vice President of FL Reuse, which is a component of the National WateResue Association. Both organizations strive to emphasize and develop new and better methods to resue waste water, and to augment water supplies across the United States.
Benderson Park Rowing Facility
WRA is working with Benderson Development to design and execute a rowing facility at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota. On Tuesday, officials from the World Rowing Championship viewed the proposal for the facility and toured the grounds in an effort to decide whether or not to hold the 2017 Rowing Championship there.
