Mark Farrell, Principal of WRA, has been elected President of the Florida Reuse Association as of April 30th, 2013. Farrell was formerly Vice President of FL Reuse, which is a component of the National WateResue Association. Both organizations strive to emphasize and develop new and better methods to resue waste water, and to augment water supplies across the United States.
