Peter G. Hubbell

Mr. Hubbell is responsible for water resource planning and related projects throughout the U.S. for WRA. This includes alternative and traditional water supply planning and development for governments, agriculture, industry and the developer community. Hubbell has practiced in the field of water resources since 1975. His career has focused on water resource engineering, environmental planning and alternative dispute resolution of environmental issues. Hubbell was formerly Executive Director of the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) for over eight years and worked at the agency for a total of nineteen years. Prior to SWFWMD, he worked with a national environmental consulting firm for four years. He holds a B.S. in Hydrology and Water Resource Management from the University of Maryland and completed the Program for Senior Executives at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Hubbell is a certified mediator and is trained and experienced in public facilitation.
