Mr. Osborne has over 14 years of experience in land development design and permitting in the expanded Tampa Bay area, ranging from residential subdivisions to institutional and commercial developments. More recent experience include design and permitting of Military Training Facilities through the United States Army Corp of Engineers and Naval Facilities Engineering Command in Texas, Colorado, North Carolina and Afghanistan.

Permitting experience ranges in all phases of a project, including rezoning and special use permits to the Florida Department of Transportation drainage and driveway connection permits and utility permits.
