Ms. Singleton received her BS in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida in August of 2016 with a concentration in Water Resources.  While in college, she assisted in the preparation of Due Diligence reports and Site Plan review for Land Development projects.  At WRA, she assists with Civil Engineering design, research and permitting for Land Development and Water Resource projects.
