While Neal Communities owned the property they hired WRA to do the civil site design for 70 lots. Additionally, WRA Engineering ushered this site through permitting. WRA designed the site to include a community pool with a cabana, walking trails, and three beautiful stormwater ponds.NATHAN BENDERSON PARK in SARASOTA COUNTYNathan Benderson Aquatic Nature Center was developed at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota County, Florida. The civil site covers an area of 600 acres including a 400 acre lake. WRA Engineering was hired by Benderson Development and Sarasota County from a pool of civil engineering firms to lead the civil engineering site design for the $19.5 million Phase I and II improvements.
